Michelle joined the Team in 2014, and brings with her extensive experience in finance, sales, and contract negotiation. For over 18 years, Michelle was the VP of a successful construction company. Her responsibilities included operations, in-house trades, overseeing the human resource department, and client communications and negotiations. Her background in construction and communications has further enhanced her passion for beautiful properties and developed her unique problem solving talent so crucial when working with today’s clientele.
Michelle offers a variety of certifications that enhance her ability to select the perfect home for clients. She is Green Advantage Certified, which enables her to point clients in the direction of sustainable living. She is Lean for Construction Certified, which promotes productive and effective teamwork. She is also a Travel and Tourism Specialist where she shares her love for travel with others by conducting in-depth research while containing costs further enhances her eye for detail when making dreams a reality.
